The Eastern Panhandle Instructional Cooperative (EPIC) was established on July 1, 2018. EPIC operates under the policies and leadership of the EPIC Advisory Council to provide a multitude of educational programs and services to the region we serve.
The educational service cooperative currently serves ten county school systems in West Virginia: Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, Monongalia, Morgan, Pendleton and Tyler. In additional to those counties, we also serve the needs of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and Blind and multi-county vocational centers.
