EPIC Substitute Teacher Training
General Class Information
Our online WV Substitute Teacher Training classes are available for candidates interested in becoming substitute teachers in WV and for those who need to renew their permits.
With open enrollment at any time, you can register today and complete a class in the comfort of your own home on your own device! All of our classes are fully self-paced, approved by the WV Department of Education, and provided online through Google Classroom.
Below you will find additional information to help you decide if one of our classes is right for you. After reading through the information provided including the Class Eligibility document and watching our "Getting Started" video, if you still have questions, feel free to reach out.
When you are ready to join us, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit your registration following the instructions on the form. (You may access the registration form just below this section.)
2. After your registration form has been submitted, you may make your payment electronically here on our website using the "Pay Now" button OR wait to be contacted via email to make your credit card payment by phone. You may also mail in your payment.
3. Access to the class will be provided after your registration and payment have been processed. Please see the registration form for details.
